Occupational Health and Safety Policy

The company is committed to
provide a safe and healthy working environment for everyone using the premises as a place of work or working outside.

    Management will:

  • Ensure that health and safety goals are established and upheld for all managers and work areas, and review health and safety goals and managerial performance annually.
  • Ensure that all employees are aware of the dangers in their work area and have received adequate training so that they can perform their duties safely.
  • Ensure adequate training for employees, along with consultation and participation in all health and safety matters.
  • Encourage employees to consult and participate in all health and safety matters.
  • Encourage accurate and timely reporting and recording of all incidents and injuries, with investigations being conducted to identify contributing factors and develop corrective action plans.
  • Ensure that all contractors and suppliers actively manage their own and employees' health and safety.
  • Actively encourage the early reporting of any pain or discomfort, as well as identify and minimize any existing or new hazards.
  • Promote a system of continuous improvement, including annual reviews of policies and procedures.
  • Identify all existing and new hazards and take all feasible steps to eliminate or minimize any hazards.
  • Comply with legal obligations stipulated in the legislations, codes of practice and any related standards or guidelines.
